Spectrum has purchased the Michigan assets of Parish Communication and is upgrading the network to provide a full range of state-of-the-art residential and business services including Spectrum internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice. The upgrade will cause temporary service interruptions in the following areas, as noted below. Services will be restored by 4 pm each day. You will soon receive separate communication from Spectrum providing additional details and next steps. Please continue to call Parish Communications at 989-662-6811 OR 989-662-6809 for any service, billing, or customer care issues.
NOTE: If you have Parish Communications voice service, you will not have the ability to dial 911 in the event of an emergency, during this process. Be sure to make alternative arrangements during this time. such as making sure your cell phone is charged.
Linwood – First half of January Midland – Second half of January
Springvale – All of January, and first week of February
Hope – Second week of February through second week of March
